5 STAR ACCOMMODATIONS with a fully renovated brand new modern 3-bedroom unit that will surely take your breath away. The interior design follows styling and cues from some of the finest 5-star hotels. The unit includes voice-controlled motorized curtains, an electric fireplace, a Sonos Beam for your favorite music, a Nest thermostat, and a Smart TV. Bathrooms offer guests classic blue porcelain tiles, Simply Human soap dispensers, all-new showers with high-end Grohe fixtures, and frameless shower doors. Guests will love the hotel-style Bedroom accommodations with new mattresses and new wardrobes to easily organize their personal belongings. Step into our high-end kitchen with Stainless steel appliances, an Induction Cooktop, a newly integrated powerful vent hood, a dishwasher, and all your cooking needs. For larger parties inquire about booking both other units available at Ocean Reef. Each space can accommodate up to 10 guests. To top it all off, the entire condo has high density sound damping panels installed throughout. You will not hear any noise coming from adjacent units. NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE UNIT. ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES AND DETERGENT ARE PROVIDED FOR GUESTS TO USE DURING THEIR STAY.

House Rules: * No pets allowed * No smoking in the unit or on the balcony * Quiet Hours 10PM - 9AM daily * Guests under the age of 25 will be required to place a $1,000 security deposit * Any under age drinking, smoking, or loud parties/events held inside the room will be held liable and the security deposit will not be refunded. The resort has strict guidelines and will hold the host (that's me) accountable. Linen & Towel Policy: 1. Guests are provided with fresh towels, linens, and comforters at the beginning of each stay. 2. Please do not use towels or linens for cleaning, spills, makeup removal, or as beach/pool towels. 3. Any towels, linens, or bedding (including comforters) that are permanently stained or damaged will be subject to replacement charges. 4. Replacement costs will be processed through the Airbnb Resolution Center or charged directly to VRBO guests with the credit card on file and are based on actual replacement or professional cleaning invoices. Examples of chargeable damage include (but are not limited to): 1. Makeup stains, tanning products, hair dye, or bleach spots 2. Wine, food, or beverage stains 3. Excessive sand or soil that cannot be washed out 4. Rips, tears, or burns 5. Extra laundry services in an attempt to remove stains Damaged or Permanently Stained Linens: Guests are responsible for any towels, linens, pillowcases, or comforters that are permanently stained (e.g., from makeup, blood, food, or other substances). The Airbnb was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for our large family. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and privacy when needed, while still allowing us to spend quality time together. The washer and dryer were especially helpful for keeping towels and washcloths fresh since there is no daily housekeeping service. One thing to note: there was no iron or ironing board available. As a fellow millennial, I didn’t think much about it until I needed one, so if that’s important to you, consider bringing a steamer or travel iron. This was my first Airbnb experience, and it really helped me see the advantages over a traditional hotel stay. We were able to vacation together without being separated into multiple rooms, and there was plenty of space to play games, relax, and simply enjoy each other’s company.

Looks just like the pictures! Right on the beach and resort was very clean and fully staffed. My kids loved all the pools, Italian ice stand, fitness center, restaurants. Make sure you always have your white cards on you or you can’t get back into the resort, we found out the hard way. We loved not having to check in or out as this resort stays crazy busy

The space and amenities were great. The furniture and place was very clean, and everything worked well! Other guests at the hotel were noisy, so just something to keep in mind. Two of the bedrooms face the road, and there are a lot of motorcycles that go by with loud music. Beach access was easy and the water park was fun!

Andrey was an absolutely fin-tastic host! His communication was top notch, and any time we reached out, he got back to us in a splash and was so kind and helpful. He really helped our whole stay go swimmingly from start to finish. The condo was shore-ly beautiful and exactly as pictured. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The ocean view balcony was my favorite spot. I loved starting each day there with breakfast and soaking in the view. It was truly the pearl of our mornings. My wife’s brother lives in Myrtle, so we would love to come back and sea this place again someday. This place is a total catch, we’ll definitely be back! 🌊
