The main floor will offer ample space with a living room, dining room, kitchen and a master bedroom with a king size bed accompanied by a master en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The 2nd floor offer 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed, and a 3rd bedroom with a queen size bedroom and queen sleeper sofa and an additional secluded bonus room with a queen size bedroom. All bedrooms offer AC mini split units. The basement provides a newly built full bathroom, a 5th bedroom with 2 queen beds and a billiards table and ping pong table along with a media area for entertainment.

* NO PETS ALLOWED * Quiet Hours 10PM-9AM * No Smoking inside the home or garage * All toilets are connected to a Septic Tank. Do not deposit feminine hygiene products, wipes or waste paper. Please only flush toilet paper. * When using the propane Fireplace in the Living room, please shutoff after each use. * Please remove shoes/boots when entering the home. * No underage drinking or parties.

Great place for large groups!! We stayed with three families over the New Years holiday and the house was extremely comfortable and spacious for a total of 12 people. Very close to Whiteface Mountain and easily accessible to Lake Placid. Highly recommend and would stay again! Thanks Andrey!!

Had a great time!! Beautiful location & large spacious house with plenty of room as described. Hot tub was clean & ready to go & host was very friendly, accommodating and responsive. The basement was nicely set up, clean and the pool & ping pong tables in great shape. There was a bit of a musty smell ONLY in the basement, so if anyone in the group has high allergies they might plan on an upstairs room & fire pit was a somewhat small if you like a roaring bonfire, but otherwise everything else was spot on!!
