The main floor will offer ample space with a living room, dining room, kitchen and a master bedroom with a king size bed accompanied by a master en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The 2nd floor offer 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed, and a 3rd bedroom with a queen size bedroom and queen sleeper sofa and an additional secluded bonus room with a queen size bedroom. All bedrooms offer AC mini split units. The basement provides a newly built full bathroom, a 5th bedroom with 2 queen beds and a billiards table and ping pong table along with a media area for entertainment.

* NO PETS ALLOWED * Quiet Hours 10PM-9AM * No Smoking inside the home or garage * All toilets are connected to a Septic Tank. Do not deposit feminine hygiene products, wipes or waste paper. Please only flush toilet paper. * When using the propane Fireplace in the Living room, please shutoff after each use. * Please remove shoes/boots when entering the home. * No underage drinking or parties.

We stayed for the long memorial weekend. It was a great size and perfect fit for 2 families. It is not walking distance to anywhere but we used both days to explore lake placid & the Olympic parks. I would highly recommend insect repellent- we forgot ours, we couldn’t find any in the house & all the stores had sold out.

The house is absolutely beautiful and clean! I didn't want to leave. It is spacious and you never feel on top of the other guests. The kitchen is very well stocked. Host responded quickly to my inquiries and was pleasant to communicate with. Highly recommended!

We came to Jay, New York for a friends’ reunion during the solar eclipse. We were four families with eight kids. The house was plenty spacious and comfortable! We enjoyed the deck, the fire place, the hot tub! We cooked all of our meals there. It was a great stay!!!
