The unit includes voice-controlled motorized curtains, an electric fireplace, a Sonos Beam for your favorite music, and Smart TV'S. Bathrooms offer guests classic Harbinger-style porcelain tiles, Simply Human soap dispensers, all-new showers with high-end Grohe fixtures, and frameless shower doors. Guests will love the hotel-style Bedroom accommodations with new mattresses and new wardrobes to easily organize their personal belongings. Step into our high-end kitchen with Black Stainless steel appliances, an Induction Cooktop, a newly integrated powerful vent hood, a dishwasher, a new induction-ready cooktop set, and all your cooking needs. To top it all off, the entire condo has high density sound damping panels installed throughout. You will not hear any noise coming from adjacent units. House Rules
* No pets allowed * No smoking in the unit or on the balcony * Quiet Hours 10PM - 9AM daily * Guests under the age of 25 will be required to place a $1,000 security deposit * Any under age drinking, smoking, or loud parties/events held inside the room will be held liable and the security deposit will not be refunded. The resort has strict guidelines and will hold the host (that's me) accountable.

Overall we had a great stay! The space was big enough for 8 of us to stay together, and the location right on the beach with the pool amenities was perfect for 3 kids! Our only complaints were the pool area was not quite as described, but the kids still enjoyed it! And the resort itself had a lot of elevator issues the whole week with broken elevators and long lines to wait to get all the way up to the 15th floor.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean! It had everything we needed for a quick getaway as a family. We enjoyed having the ocean at walking distance. We also enjoyed the pools! Broadway at the beach & Pirates Voyage were less than 10 minutes away which we enjoyed as well! Nights were very peaceful! We had no issue checking in or getting a parking pass. We would definitely come back!

This condo was everything we were looking for. As we come down every year with our family , this condo had it all. This condo is more than amazing. The views, the decor, simply an amazing time. I loved how easy it was to communicate to the host. Anything I needed he answered right away. Very nice person to work with. I will rent this place in the future without any hesitation. Pools, slides, kid area , restaurant was all a plus. Thank you for opening your beautiful condo to my family and I.

This place was amazing! Upon entry the unit was beautiful- just as pictured.There was more than enough room for our family. Location 10/10. The view was absolutely amazing. What I appreciated most was Andrey's communication. There was never a time where he didn't respond which is amazing. The amenities kept my kids busy, but the place was still close to Boardwalk, Walmart, and many great restaurants. Overall, this is definitely in my top 3 stays through AirBnb. I would definitely stay again.
