The interior design follows styling and cues from some of the finest 5-star hotels. The unit includes voice-controlled motorized curtains, an electric fireplace, a Sonos Beam for your favorite music, and Smart TV'S. Bathrooms offer guests classic Harbinger-style porcelain tiles, Simply Human soap dispensers, all-new showers with high-end Grohe fixtures, and frameless shower doors. Guests will love the hotel-style Bedroom accommodations with new mattresses and new wardrobes to easily organize their personal belongings. Step into our high-end kitchen with Black Stainless steel appliances, an Induction Cooktop, a newly integrated powerful vent hood, a dishwasher, a new induction-ready cooktop set, and all your cooking needs. To top it all off, the entire condo has high density sound damping panels installed throughout. You will not hear any noise coming from adjacent units. For larger parties inquire about booking both side by side 3 Bedroom Penthouse units. Each space can accommodate up to 10 guests. NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE UNIT. House Rules: * No pets allowed * No smoking in the unit or on the balcony * Quiet Hours 10PM - 9AM daily * Guests under the age of 25 will be required to place a $1,000 security deposit * Any under age drinking, smoking, or loud parties/events held inside the room will be held liable and the security deposit will not be refunded. The resort has strict guidelines and will hold the host (that's me) accountable. Linen & Towel Policy: 1. Guests are provided with fresh towels, linens, and comforters at the beginning of each stay. 2. Please do not use towels or linens for cleaning, spills, makeup removal, or as beach/pool towels. 3. Any towels, linens, or bedding (including comforters) that are permanently stained or damaged will be subject to replacement charges. 4. Replacement costs will be processed through the Airbnb Resolution Center or charged directly to VRBO guests with the credit card on file and are based on actual replacement or professional cleaning invoices. Examples of chargeable damage include (but are not limited to): 1. Makeup stains, tanning products, hair dye, or bleach spots 2. Wine, food, or beverage stains 3. Excessive sand or soil that cannot be washed out 4. Rips, tears, or burns 5. Extra laundry services in an attempt to remove stains Damaged or Permanently Stained Linens: Guests are responsible for any towels, linens, pillowcases, or comforters that are permanently stained (e.g., from makeup, blood, food, or other substances). Stayed here to celebrate my daughter’s Sweet 16 birthday. The place was perfect, view of the beach from the balcony. All modern inside with smart curtains, thermostat, etc… plenty of space for myself, four teens, and two younger kids. Altogether, it was just a great area, within driving distance to good local food spots and some walking distance. Not in a busy area but could still get to everything within a 13-15 minute drive.

We had a great stay. The space was as described and better. I loved the Alexa addition. The view was great. The beds were comfortable. I had everything I needed to cook. Having Netflix was a huge plus. But mainly the space was clean, quiet, well appointed and as described. We will definitely be back.

Very nice place!!! Great for our kids as there wasn’t too many breakable decorations for us to stress about but was not lacking in style by no means. Kids loved the pool area with a slide. For us it was great we didn’t have to do anything special for the second car parking as it was just included.

It was an awesome place to stay. The view was incredible! The place was big and roomy for us and the kids. It was clean in and out from the kitchen to the bathrooms and bedrooms. The host was very responsive and fast anytime I had a few questions. I definitely would recommend this stay! I plan on using them again in the future!

Room was amazing the pictures did not do it justice gave a 4 star not because of the room but more because of the resort staff had a few small issues in the indoor pool area and overall cleanliness of the resort. If looking for a great room at a great price then this is definitely worth it.
