Bathrooms offer guests classic Harbinger-style porcelain tiles, Simply Human soap dispensers, all-new showers with high-end Grohe fixtures, and frameless shower doors. Guests will love the hotel-style Bedroom accommodations with new mattresses and new wardrobes to easily organize their personal belongings. Step into our high-end kitchen with Black Stainless steel appliances, an Induction Cooktop, a newly integrated powerful vent hood, a dishwasher, a new induction-ready cooktop set, and all your cooking needs. To top it all off, the entire condo has high density sound damping panels installed throughout. You will not hear any noise coming from adjacent units. * No pets allowed * No smoking in the unit or on the balcony * Quiet Hours 10PM - 9AM daily * Guests under the age of 25 will be required to place a $1,000 security deposit * Any under age drinking, smoking, or loud parties/events held inside the room will be held liable and the security deposit will not be refunded. The resort has strict guidelines and will hold the host (that's me) accountable.

The elevator odor which isn’t maintained by the homeowner is the reason I gave only 4 stars on cleanliness. Andry said he’s brought this to their attention in hopes it be rectified soon.

The view was amazing and the space was very functional for a family of 6. The host was very responsive to all requests as well as anything that came up during our stay.

Our stay was great. The resort amenities were awesome and family friendly. It is also 10-15 min away from the best attractions in Myrtle Beach. My family of 8, ages 4-28, had a great time as there was something to do for all of us! The space comfortably accommodated everyone. No complaints from the kids or teens, so that is always a plus. The host was very responsive and helpful.

The place was very accommodating for our quick trip to Myrtle Beach. Spectacular view of the ocean from the balcony. Close to many amenities. Pool & water activities were great for the kids.

This was by far the worst experience to say the least. First, I communicated with the host on my arrival time and I ended up arriving 45 mins later than what was agreed on. I had to stand outside of the unit with my 2 kids and all of our luggage, as the apartment was still being cleaned by someone (who also had their kid with them). Upon entry, we noticed a massive hole in the wall, stained couch, crumbs all over the floor, dirty bed sheets, mold on shower curtains and dirty toilets. I expressed my frustrations with the host who was not willing to negotiate on a partial refund, as this was not at all what I expected from renting this place. The host does not even know the condition of how his own unit looks as he never checks on it. I sent him many photos and the lack of his responsiveness was insulting. His exact words were “this is not a 5 star resort, it’s more of a 3 star.” I wanted to check out and find something else immediately. However, everything was completely booked up.
