The main floor will offer ample space with a living room, dining room, kitchen and a master bedroom with a king size bed accompanied by a master en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The 2nd floor offer 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed, and a 3rd bedroom with a queen size bedroom and queen sleeper sofa and an additional secluded bonus room with a queen size bedroom. All bedrooms offer AC mini split units. The basement provides a newly built full bathroom, a 5th bedroom with 2 queen beds and a billiards table and ping pong table along with a media area for entertainment.

* NO PETS ALLOWED * Quiet Hours 10PM-9AM * No Smoking inside the home or garage * All toilets are connected to a Septic Tank. Do not deposit feminine hygiene products, wipes or waste paper. Please only flush toilet paper. * When using the propane Fireplace in the Living room, please shutoff after each use. * Please remove shoes/boots when entering the home. * No underage drinking or parties.

This home was beautiful and we hope to return again soon! We had two families with children who were all perfectly comfortable and pleased with the space. It was clean and very spacious and everything in the house was labeled, which made it very easy to navigate. We loved the hot tub in the snow - that was fun for all of us! The game room was also spacious. Unfortunately the guests prior to us may have broken all of the ping pong paddles and every ping pong ball so hopefully next time we return there will be new ones there. But the pool table and xbox were also great options. There are a few local restaurants nearby that are wonderful and it was the perfect diving distance to the village, Whiteface, and everything else we hoped to do during our stay. We look forward to returning!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! We were going to stay at their other property but it got booked last minute and I was not upset because the pictures for this property do it no justice! The home is bigger than it seems has a ton of space the game room was a huge hit and the yard was amazing! Everything about the home is so comfortable, beautifully decorated and didn’t feel like I was in an Airbnb. Andrey was very responsive to my every call. We loved our time here and would definitely go back.

This house provided our blended family with plenty of space to spread out but good locations to gather, like the big dining table and the finished basement! The washer and dryer were a must have after the long active ski days at Whiteface. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub in the cold winter air. And the two car garage was welcome with the forecasted snow and ice! Thank you!

Our family of three generations celebrated Thanksgiving here. Andrey’a home was spacious, clean, and well cared for. Our family of nine had plenty of space and the bedrooms worked very well for our family. Andrey was very responsive to requests and questions in a timely manner. Would consider staying again. Sharon

We had a wonderful time staying for a weekend with the family. Nine of us had plenty of room with the common areas very accommodating for all of us. We spent lots of time outdoors on the deck, around the fire pit and using the hot tub. Even with neighbors, the house seemed private and exclusive to us. Wilmington, Lake Placid and AuSable Forks were nearby and easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this home!!

We had a wonderful weekend in this house. Everything is very clean, cozy, and thought-out to the smallest detail. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the area is quiet and beautiful. It's a great place to stay with family or friends. We would love to come back again!

Pretty much exactly matches the pictures and descriptions. Nothing surprising or out of the ordinary. We had 6 adults, 5 kids ranging form 1-8y/o and accommodations were comfortable for us, with plenty of room to spread out. Would stay here again!
