The main floor will offer ample space with a living room, dining room, kitchen and a master bedroom with a king size bed accompanied by a master en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The 2nd floor offer 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed, and a 3rd bedroom with a queen size bedroom and queen sleeper sofa and an additional secluded bonus room with a queen size bedroom. All bedrooms offer AC mini split units. The basement provides a newly built full bathroom, a 5th bedroom with 2 queen beds and a billiards table and ping pong table along with a media area for entertainment.

* NO PETS ALLOWED * Quiet Hours 10PM-9AM * No Smoking inside the home or garage * All toilets are connected to a Septic Tank. Do not deposit feminine hygiene products, wipes or waste paper. Please only flush toilet paper. * When using the propane Fireplace in the Living room, please shutoff after each use. * Please remove shoes/boots when entering the home. * No underage drinking or parties.

This home was very spacious, floor plan was great, we had everything we needed for our 2-night stay, and no issues with anything. The game room offered fun evenings and a lot of laughs were had!

The living room furniture was very dirty. The sofa was smelling very badly. The bathrooms accessories was old and very cheap shampoo and conditioner. The house wasn’t shining and clean the way it looks in the pictures. The land scraping is very bad The house is big but he said if more than 12 guests he changed extra . He charged me extra for the guests I realy won’t recommend this house

Awesome Stay! Plenty of room for our entire family and my kids LOVED the basement setup. The house was clean, check-in was extremely easy, no lengthy checkout lists, overall a great family trip made even better by these accommodations.

Pretty much exactly matches the pictures and descriptions. Nothing surprising or out of the ordinary. We had 6 adults, 5 kids ranging form 1-8y/o and accommodations were comfortable for us, with plenty of room to spread out. Would stay here again!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay! As a group of 14, this home fit us perfectly. There was plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub and fire pit were enjoyed by all. The area is a beautiful. We would highly recommend this home to any large group looking to get together and enjoy the mountains!

Location is very convenient and house is nice and big . Garage, entrance and patio could have been cleaner. None of the AC were working so took 4-5 hours to find out solution after check in. That was a waste of time . Though Andrey offered some help, he should have little more knowledge about basic things like AC trouble shooting . He is responds promptly and seems like a good guy trying to help but unfortunately didn’t help our stay.
