Bathrooms offer guests classic Harbinger-style porcelain tiles, Simply Human soap dispensers, all-new showers with high-end Grohe fixtures, and frameless shower doors. Guests will love the hotel-style Bedroom accommodations with new mattresses and new wardrobes to easily organize their personal belongings. Step into our high-end kitchen with Black Stainless steel appliances, an Induction Cooktop, a newly integrated powerful vent hood, a dishwasher, a new induction-ready cooktop set, and all your cooking needs. To top it all off, the entire condo has high density sound damping panels installed throughout. You will not hear any noise coming from adjacent units. * No pets allowed * No smoking in the unit or on the balcony * Quiet Hours 10PM - 9AM daily * Guests under the age of 25 will be required to place a $1,000 security deposit * Any under age drinking, smoking, or loud parties/events held inside the room will be held liable and the security deposit will not be refunded. The resort has strict guidelines and will hold the host (that's me) accountable.

It was an awesome place to stay. The view was incredible! The place was big and roomy for us and the kids. It was clean in and out from the kitchen to the bathrooms and bedrooms. The host was very responsive and fast anytime I had a few questions. I definitely would recommend this stay! I plan on using them again in the future!

Room was amazing the pictures did not do it justice gave a 4 star not because of the room but more because of the resort staff had a few small issues in the indoor pool area and overall cleanliness of the resort. If looking for a great room at a great price then this is definitely worth it.

My family and I stayed here for nearly 2 months and really enjoyed the unit itself so I'm going to be kind and leave a 5-star review. It was spotless, well-furnished, and thoughtfully stocked with high-quality appliances, bedding, and cookware. The ocean views and balcony are fantastic. We liked the location too. However, we were disappointed to arrive and find the hotel undergoing a major renovation, which the hosts did not disclose. The loud construction noise regularly disrupted our work, kids couldn't nap, and made it tough to enjoy the beach vibes. Frequent elevator outages (sometimes only 1 of 5 working) led to long waits. While the unit is excellent, we would have chosen differently had we known about the major construction project underway. This is a great apartment, but if booking in 2025, we suggest checking with the hosts about the status of the ongoing construction that may disrupt your stay. It will be a fantastic place to stay once the property renovation is complete.

The place was beautiful with a great view of the ocean and conveniently located close to grocery store, restaurants and golf courses. The condo itself was comfortable. The building was under construction and the lobby was blocked off as was the fitness center but the host cannot control that and was likely part of the discounted rate. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay for 4 weeks and I would book Andrey's place again in the future.

Lovely apartment beachfront. Our only issue was checking in with the front desk staff to obtain the parking permits. There is a hotel on property so there’s hotel guests checking in too which can create long waits. Instructions were not clear about parking but besides that our stay was perfect and enjoyable. Loved the apartment very spacious and clean. The pool and beach entrance were a plus. The towel service at the pool was convenient. The elevators were a bit dated and hot but it got the job done. The buffet offered at the property (at a cost) was very delicious and super convenient. I would definitely recommend and book again next time in Myrtle Beach.
