The interior design follows styling and cues from some of the finest 5-star hotels. The unit includes voice-controlled motorized curtains, an electric fireplace, a Sonos Beam for your favorite music, and Smart TV'S. Bathrooms offer guests classic Harbinger-style porcelain tiles, Simply Human soap dispensers, all-new showers with high-end Grohe fixtures, and frameless shower doors. Guests will love the hotel-style Bedroom accommodations with new mattresses and new wardrobes to easily organize their personal belongings. Step into our high-end kitchen with Black Stainless steel appliances, an Induction Cooktop, a newly integrated powerful vent hood, a dishwasher, a new induction-ready cooktop set, and all your cooking needs. To top it all off, the entire condo has high density sound damping panels installed throughout. You will not hear any noise coming from adjacent units. For larger parties inquire about booking both side by side 3 Bedroom Penthouse units. Each space can accommodate up to 10 guests. NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE UNIT. House Rules
House Rules: * No pets allowed * No smoking in the unit or on the balcony * Quiet Hours 10PM - 9AM daily * Guests under the age of 25 will be required to place a $1,000 security deposit * Any under age drinking, smoking, or loud parties/events held inside the room will be held liable and the security deposit will not be refunded. The resort has strict guidelines and will hold the host (that's me) accountable. Linen & Towel Policy: 1. Guests are provided with fresh towels, linens, and comforters at the beginning of each stay. 2. Please do not use towels or linens for cleaning, spills, makeup removal, or as beach/pool towels. 3. Any towels, linens, or bedding (including comforters) that are permanently stained or damaged will be subject to replacement charges. 4. Replacement costs will be processed through the Airbnb Resolution Center or charged directly to VRBO guests with the credit card on file and are based on actual replacement or professional cleaning invoices. Examples of chargeable damage include (but are not limited to): 1. Makeup stains, tanning products, hair dye, or bleach spots 2. Wine, food, or beverage stains 3. Excessive sand or soil that cannot be washed out 4. Rips, tears, or burns 5. Extra laundry services in an attempt to remove stains Damaged or Permanently Stained Linens: Guests are responsible for any towels, linens, pillowcases, or comforters that are permanently stained (e.g., from makeup, blood, food, or other substances). We were in Myrtle Beach for our son’s baseball tournament and had a wonderful stay! The ocean views from the 15th floor were beautiful, and the place was just as pictured. Our family of seven had plenty of room to spread out and relax between games. A great spot for our family!

What an amazing experience! This was my first time ever renting through Airbnb, and Andrey and his team truly set the bar extremely high. The condo was absolutely beautiful, very updated, stylish, clean, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the design, décor, and overall simplicity of the space. Everything just works together perfectly and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. In my opinion, this has to be one of the nicest condo units in Myrtle Beach. Andrey was an amazing host. He was extremely communicative, responsive, welcoming, and made sure that our stay was as pleasant as possible. We did not have one single problem during our stay. Everything was exactly as it should be, and the entire experience was smooth from beginning to end. Being that this was my very first Airbnb experience, I couldn't have asked for a better one. Andrey and his team gave me such a positive experience that I will definitely use again.

We had a great time in this condo with more than enough space for 3 adults and 2 kids. The unit was clean and looked like the pictures. Checkin, communication, and, grocery delivery was easy. We appreciated the extras in the kitchen (salt and pepper, sugar, baking pans etc). My son really liked having Alexa available to play all his favorite songs while watching the ocean through the balcony door. The resort itself has very easy access to the beach, a fun splash pad for kids, and plenty of pools to choose from. Convenient location to broadway at the beach. The only thing I could think of to make this stay more convenient/comfortable for families with small kids is to have a pack n play in the condo. It’d be very much appreciated and packing a little lighter. Lots to bring up to the 15th floor. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for being great hosts!

An amazing place to stay! My family absolutely loved spending the week here. The condo was clean, comfortable, and very kid-friendly with all the things to do at the pool with them plus the arcade, making it the perfect place for our family vacation. The only two minor downsides were that the unit didn’t have a vacuum, which would have been really helpful with all the sand that comes with beach trips 😅, and after 11 p.m. the resort locks the beach access gates, so you have to walk around to get onto the beach. That’s not the owners’ fault, just a resort policy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to other families! 🥰
