The interior design follows styling and cues from some of the finest 5-star hotels. The unit includes voice-controlled motorized curtains, an electric fireplace, a Sonos Beam for your favorite music, and Smart TV'S. Bathrooms offer guests classic Harbinger-style porcelain tiles, Simply Human soap dispensers, all-new showers with high-end Grohe fixtures, and frameless shower doors. Guests will love the hotel-style Bedroom accommodations with new mattresses and new wardrobes to easily organize their personal belongings. Step into our high-end kitchen with Black Stainless steel appliances, an Induction Cooktop, a newly integrated powerful vent hood, a dishwasher, a new induction-ready cooktop set, and all your cooking needs. To top it all off, the entire condo has high density sound damping panels installed throughout. You will not hear any noise coming from adjacent units. For larger parties inquire about booking both side by side 3 Bedroom Penthouse units. Each space can accommodate up to 10 guests. NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE UNIT. House Rules: * No pets allowed * No smoking in the unit or on the balcony * Quiet Hours 10PM - 9AM daily * Guests under the age of 25 will be required to place a $1,000 security deposit * Any under age drinking, smoking, or loud parties/events held inside the room will be held liable and the security deposit will not be refunded. The resort has strict guidelines and will hold the host (that's me) accountable. Linen & Towel Policy: 1. Guests are provided with fresh towels, linens, and comforters at the beginning of each stay. 2. Please do not use towels or linens for cleaning, spills, makeup removal, or as beach/pool towels. 3. Any towels, linens, or bedding (including comforters) that are permanently stained or damaged will be subject to replacement charges. 4. Replacement costs will be processed through the Airbnb Resolution Center or charged directly to VRBO guests with the credit card on file and are based on actual replacement or professional cleaning invoices. Examples of chargeable damage include (but are not limited to): 1. Makeup stains, tanning products, hair dye, or bleach spots 2. Wine, food, or beverage stains 3. Excessive sand or soil that cannot be washed out 4. Rips, tears, or burns 5. Extra laundry services in an attempt to remove stains Damaged or Permanently Stained Linens: Guests are responsible for any towels, linens, pillowcases, or comforters that are permanently stained (e.g., from makeup, blood, food, or other substances). This is one of my favorite air bnb locations I have ever stayed at. The condo was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. Instructions were clear, beds were very comfortable, resort amenities were great and the view beautiful. If I ever come back to Myrtle Beach, we will be staying here. Beautiful, outstanding apartment with an amazing view! Spotless clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I loved enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise — such a peaceful start to the day. I highly recommend this place to others and would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Reef. Our kids loved the pools, hot tubs and splash pads. The beach was clean and getting there was so quick and easy. Andrey was quick to respond when we had issues within the unit. The unit was clean upon arrival and exactly as described. The view was great and we even got to see some dolphins swimming by. Our only suggestion would be that since this resort is geared towards kids and families, it would be nice to include a few kid friendly items (such as plastic cups/plates, beach toys and chairs, pack n play). Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed it very much at Ocean Reef.
