Guests will love the hotel-style Bedroom accommodations with new mattresses and new wardrobes to easily organize their personal belongings. House Rules: * No pets allowed * No smoking in the unit or on the balcony * Quiet Hours 10PM - 9AM daily * Guests under the age of 25 will be required to place a $1,000 security deposit * Any under age drinking, smoking, or loud parties/events held inside the room will be held liable and the security deposit will not be refunded. The resort has strict guidelines and will hold the host (that's me) accountable. Linen & Towel Policy: 1. Guests are provided with fresh towels, linens, and comforters at the beginning of each stay. 2. Please do not use towels or linens for cleaning, spills, makeup removal, or as beach/pool towels. 3. Any towels, linens, or bedding (including comforters) that are permanently stained or damaged will be subject to replacement charges. 4. Replacement costs will be processed through the Airbnb Resolution Center or charged directly to VRBO guests with the credit card on file and are based on actual replacement or professional cleaning invoices. Examples of chargeable damage include (but are not limited to): 1. Makeup stains, tanning products, hair dye, or bleach spots 2. Wine, food, or beverage stains 3. Excessive sand or soil that cannot be washed out 4. Rips, tears, or burns 5. Extra laundry services in an attempt to remove stains Damaged or Permanently Stained Linens: Guests are responsible for any towels, linens, pillowcases, or comforters that are permanently stained (e.g., from makeup, blood, food, or other substances). My family stayed over for Labor Day weekend where we enjoyed it very much until our first night, one of the kids were bitten by a bed bug which was found on one of the comforters. We communicated this immediately to the host & was only instructed to dispose of it, stating never seen the comforter before. Afterwards, no other communication regarding the bed bug was ever addressed & we avoided to sleep on one of the beds. If it wasn’t for the bed bug & the lack of the host addressing the issue, we would have loved our stay without having any worries. Please be mindful to check all the bed covers & sheets!

Our stay was great. The resort amenities were awesome and family friendly. It is also 10-15 min away from the best attractions in Myrtle Beach. My family of 8, ages 4-28, had a great time as there was something to do for all of us! The space comfortably accommodated everyone. No complaints from the kids or teens, so that is always a plus. The host was very responsive and helpful.

This was by far the worst experience to say the least. First, I communicated with the host on my arrival time and I ended up arriving 45 mins later than what was agreed on. I had to stand outside of the unit with my 2 kids and all of our luggage, as the apartment was still being cleaned by someone (who also had their kid with them). Upon entry, we noticed a massive hole in the wall, stained couch, crumbs all over the floor, dirty bed sheets, mold on shower curtains and dirty toilets. I expressed my frustrations with the host who was not willing to negotiate on a partial refund, as this was not at all what I expected from renting this place. The host does not even know the condition of how his own unit looks as he never checks on it. I sent him many photos and the lack of his responsiveness was insulting. His exact words were “this is not a 5 star resort, it’s more of a 3 star.” I wanted to check out and find something else immediately. However, everything was completely booked up.
