Bathrooms offer guests classic Harbinger-style porcelain tiles, Simply Human soap dispensers, all-new showers with high-end Grohe fixtures, and frameless shower doors. Guests will love the hotel-style Bedroom accommodations with new mattresses and new wardrobes to easily organize their personal belongings. Step into our high-end kitchen with Black Stainless steel appliances, an Induction Cooktop, a newly integrated powerful vent hood, a dishwasher, a new induction-ready cooktop set, and all your cooking needs. For larger parties inquire about booking both side by side 3 Bedroom Penthouse units. Each space can accommodate up to 10 guests. Notes
New cleaning protocols have been implemented throughout the resort. Housekeeping is using hospital grade cleaning sprays. The common area bathrooms are cleaned every 15 minutes. Hand sanitizing stations are installed in each elevator and throughout the resort. All staff are required to wear masks.
House Rules
* No pets allowed * No smoking in the unit or on the balcony * Quiet Hours 10PM - 9AM daily * Guests under the age of 25 will be required to place a $1,000 security deposit * Any under age drinking, smoking, or loud parties/events held inside the room will be held liable and the security deposit will not be refunded. The resort has strict guidelines and will hold the host (that's me) accountable.

The place was beautiful and was very clean! The location was pristine and the sunsets were amazing to watch on the balcony. The kitchen was really nice to use, with good cookware and fridge space. There was plenty of room for our group, and we loved the amenities!

We enjoyed our stay for my daughter’s birthday weekend. Nice place. They were doing some construction downstairs in the lobby but never noisy and working at night or too early in the mornings so it was never a problem. Noisy late at night sometimes from the neighbors but that is something that can’t be helped sometimes when people come home late and excited from their night out. The decor and style of the condo was very nice. I felt right at home. The fireplace unit was very cozy as well. We hope to get to come back again sometime!

The resort was great: however, there was massive construction going on the full month of December. Looks like it will continue for the nect few months. We were interested in the exercise room and the resort accommondated us with the use of the adjoining resort. Apparantly the two are joined. Apart from this , no complaints. Looking forward to a return trip.

I had a great experience overall. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the amenities were exactly as described. The space was spotless and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped. The only issue I encountered was a problem with the door lock, but the host was incredibly responsive and had it fixed immediately. I appreciate their quick attention to the matter, which made my stay stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Clean, updated unit, beach view. Other guests in the building were courteous. Friendly staff. Location is great not in the middle of it all but all is nearby within 10-15 minute drive or Ubers are nearby. Weekend elevator busy since cleaning staff use the same elevators, but during the week cleaning staff use elevators less and the elevators were less busy.
