The interior design follows styling and cues from some of the finest 5-star hotels. The unit includes voice-controlled motorized curtains, an electric fireplace, a Sonos Beam for your favorite music, a Nest thermostat, and a Smart TV. Bathrooms offer guests classic Harbinger-style porcelain tiles, Simply Human soap dispensers, all-new showers with high-end Grohe fixtures, and frameless shower doors. Guests will love the hotel-style Bedroom accommodations with new mattresses and new wardrobes to easily organize their personal belongings. Step into our high-end kitchen with Black Stainless steel appliances, an Induction Cooktop, a newly integrated powerful vent hood, a dishwasher, a new induction-ready cooktop set, and all your cooking needs. For larger parties inquire about booking both side by side 3 Bedroom Penthouse units. Each space can accommodate up to 10 guests. To top it all off, the entire condo has high density sound damping panels installed throughout. You will not hear any noise coming from adjacent units. Notes
New cleaning protocols have been implemented throughout the resort. Housekeeping is using hospital grade cleaning sprays. The common area bathrooms are cleaned every 15 minutes. Hand sanitizing stations are installed in each elevator and throughout the resort. All staff are required to wear masks.
House Rules
* No pets allowed * No smoking in the unit or on the balcony * Quiet Hours 10PM - 9AM daily * Guests under the age of 25 will be required to place a $1,000 security deposit * Any under age drinking, smoking, or loud parties/events held inside the room will be held liable and the security deposit will not be refunded. The resort has strict guidelines and will hold the host (that's me) accountable.

Great condo and great location. The unit matched the description/photos perfectly. View of the beach from the 15th (top) floor is amazing. Hosts were very responsive. Price was very reasonable for early March. Would definitely book again!

This was a perfect destination for 2 months in Myrtle Beach. Andrey was very helpful with all our questions and concerns, allowing us an early checking. He responded quickly to our messages. The condo was clean and exactly as described. The amenities of the large, heated outdoor pool and hot tub were our favorites. We will definitely consider Andrey’s condo if we ever come back to Myrtle Beach.

The place was very clean and in a nice location the owners are very friendly and helpful. The ocean view from the balcony was really nice and the ocean sound was great didn’t have a sunrise view but it was beautiful to see it on the beach. The pictures are accurate but it feels bigger once you see it in person. we had a group of 7 consisting of 5 adults and 2 kids and didn’t feel crowded. There is tons to do here although the waterside was not operating while we were there they didn’t have staff available for it (it is the off season though) There was a small issue while we were there but they were very great with communication and prompt in trying to resolve the issue. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great place for a very enjoyable family getaway
