Bathrooms offer guests classic Harbinger-style porcelain tiles, Simply Human soap dispensers, all-new showers with high-end Grohe fixtures, and frameless shower doors. Guests will love the hotel-style Bedroom accommodations with new mattresses and new wardrobes to easily organize their personal belongings. Step into our high-end kitchen with Black Stainless steel appliances, an Induction Cooktop, a newly integrated powerful vent hood, a dishwasher, a new induction-ready cooktop set, and all your cooking needs. For larger parties inquire about booking both side by side 3 Bedroom Penthouse units. Each space can accommodate up to 10 guests. To top it all off, the entire condo has high density sound damping panels installed throughout. You will not hear any noise coming from adjacent units. Notes
New cleaning protocols have been implemented throughout the resort. Housekeeping is using hospital grade cleaning sprays. The common area bathrooms are cleaned every 15 minutes. Hand sanitizing stations are installed in each elevator and throughout the resort. All staff are required to wear masks.
House Rules
* No pets allowed * No smoking in the unit or on the balcony * Quiet Hours 10PM - 9AM daily * Guests under the age of 25 will be required to place a $1,000 security deposit * Any under age drinking, smoking, or loud parties/events held inside the room will be held liable and the security deposit will not be refunded. The resort has strict guidelines and will hold the host (that's me) accountable.

Perfect place to stay! We cooked all our meals and we didn’t need a thing. The apartment is bigger than what you see in pictures. We loved sitting out to watch the ocean and hear the waves. The resort with the pools is also excellent! We will definitely stay here again! Thanks so much to the host for being so accommodating!

Andrey is a great host! When we reached out to him he was always quick to respond. The view is amazing and the condo is very clean! Kitchen came equipped with everything we needed to cook and It is walking distance to a variety of restaurants. The resort is very family friendly! The cafe in the resort had great breakfast, and the service was top notch! My family highly recommends and would love to come back again!

Absolutely wonderful! The view is incredible. The ocean being right out our back door was so convenient. The resort had so many great things going on daily for the kids. The pool/water park were a great addition. The condo was clean and spacious. We had very good information about what we needed to do at check in and check out. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because we weren’t able to find the blankets for the pull out bed until the end of our stay and we could have used a few more hangers. Those were very minor inconveniences. We would definitely stay here again.
