Guests will love the hotel-style Bedroom accommodations with new mattresses and new wardrobes to easily organize their personal belongings. Step into our high-end kitchen with Black Stainless steel appliances, an Induction Cooktop, a newly integrated powerful vent hood, a dishwasher, a new induction-ready cooktop set, and all your cooking needs. * No pets allowed * No smoking in the unit or on the balcony * Quiet Hours 10PM - 9AM daily * Guests under the age of 25 will be required to place a $1,000 security deposit * Any under age drinking, smoking, or loud parties/events held inside the room will be held liable and the security deposit will not be refunded. The resort has strict guidelines and will hold the host (that's me) accountable.

This place was better than I was expecting. My one requirement for the trip was that I could see the ocean from the place. The pictures don’t do the view justice. I loved the view from the balcony. The place itself is clean and in a good part of town. The staff at the place was polite and helpful and the host himself answered any and all questions we had in a timely manner. He was helpful and gave clear instructions. There was a lot to do at the place as well. Overall the stay went great and I would recommend staying here to anyone looking!

It was awesome only thing is we checked in at 3:00 in afternoon and the last day of our trip we had to leave 7:00 in the morning with two babies didn’t have time to get them ready before telling us to leave

I have never seen my unit so upside down after a rental. Jeff and his guests left garbage scattered over almost every room.
