The interior design follows styling and cues from some of the finest 5-star hotels. The unit includes voice-controlled motorized curtains, an electric fireplace, a Sonos Beam for your favorite music, a Nest thermostat, and a Smart TV. Bathrooms offer guests classic Harbinger-style porcelain tiles, Simply Human soap dispensers, all-new showers with high-end Grohe fixtures, and frameless shower doors. Guests will love the hotel-style Bedroom accommodations with new mattresses and new wardrobes to easily organize their personal belongings. Step into our high-end kitchen with Black Stainless steel appliances, an Induction Cooktop, a newly integrated powerful vent hood, a dishwasher, a new induction-ready cooktop set, and all your cooking needs. For larger parties inquire about booking both side by side 3 Bedroom Penthouse units. Each space can accommodate up to 10 guests. To top it all off, the entire condo has high density sound damping panels installed throughout. You will not hear any noise coming from adjacent units. NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE UNIT. ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES AND DETERGENT ARE PROVIDED FOR GUESTS TO USE DURING THEIR STAY.

Notes
New cleaning protocols have been implemented throughout the resort. Housekeeping is using hospital grade cleaning sprays. The common area bathrooms are cleaned every 15 minutes. Hand sanitizing stations are installed in each elevator and throughout the resort. All staff are required to wear masks.
House Rules
House Rules: * No pets allowed * No smoking in the unit or on the balcony * Quiet Hours 10PM - 9AM daily * Guests under the age of 25 will be required to place a $1,000 security deposit * Any under age drinking, smoking, or loud parties/events held inside the room will be held liable and the security deposit will not be refunded. The resort has strict guidelines and will hold the host (that's me) accountable. Linen & Towel Policy: 1. Guests are provided with fresh towels, linens, and comforters at the beginning of each stay. 2. Please do not use towels or linens for cleaning, spills, makeup removal, or as beach/pool towels. 3. Any towels, linens, or bedding (including comforters) that are permanently stained or damaged will be subject to replacement charges. 4. Replacement costs will be processed through the Airbnb Resolution Center or charged directly to VRBO guests with the credit card on file and are based on actual replacement or professional cleaning invoices. Examples of chargeable damage include (but are not limited to): 1. Makeup stains, tanning products, hair dye, or bleach spots 2. Wine, food, or beverage stains 3. Excessive sand or soil that cannot be washed out 4. Rips, tears, or burns 5. Extra laundry services in an attempt to remove stains Damaged or Permanently Stained Linens: Guests are responsible for any towels, linens, pillowcases, or comforters that are permanently stained (e.g., from makeup, blood, food, or other substances). Andrey's space was perfect for a family of 4. The beach is just steps away and the pool is open early and stays open late. We have two young kids and the space was perfect for our family. We spent the mornings on the beach and when the kids were ready for a break or some shade, we went to the pool and had lunch. They loved the lazy river. The space was very clean and modern - looks like it was recently renovated. Would 100% stay there again. Perfect space for a family vacation

We had a great time at this rental! Our condo was actually perfect. Views 10/10. Late check in was frustrating because we arrived so early, but was clearly stated in welcome instructions. The only thing negative I would say, was the door to get into the condo was SO hard to get in. Sometimes it required a few tries. However, we liked it so much we would like to stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrey’s condo. It was beautifully redone and immaculately clean. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities and was perfect for our family of 5. We really had a wonderful family vacation. My only complaint (which can be fixed so wouldn’t take any stars away) was the main door would get stuck and it was difficult to open. Other than that minor detail, everything was wonderful. Thank you Andrey!

As a family of 5, we absolutely loved this stay! The location of the condo was perfect, it wasn't overly crowded, the indoor pool and lazy river were a huge hit with the kids, the condo was the perfect amount of space and with all the amenities you would need. The condo looked just like the pictures, parking was easy, the view from the condo was amazing! Highly recommend!

Great space! The unit itself was very nice and kept well! The host was responsive and flexible. The unit itself was clean and in good condition, the main building that the unit is at is pretty run down and places such as pool area, hallways and elevator especially are not kept that well or clean (nothing the host can do about this). With that being said, would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the Right Twin in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and this was truly one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. You can tell the place is regularly and thoughtfully maintained—right down to the light fixtures. Everything was spotless. We were beyond pleased with our stay. The unit had all the appliances and cooking utensils you could need, plus a great view of the beach. Absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend!
