The interior design follows styling and cues from some of the finest 5-star hotels. The unit includes voice-controlled motorized curtains, an electric fireplace, a Sonos Beam for your favorite music, a Nest thermostat, and a Smart TV. Bathrooms offer guests classic Harbinger-style porcelain tiles, Simply Human soap dispensers, all-new showers with high-end Grohe fixtures, and frameless shower doors. Guests will love the hotel-style Bedroom accommodations with new mattresses and new wardrobes to easily organize their personal belongings. Step into our high-end kitchen with Black Stainless steel appliances, an Induction Cooktop, a newly integrated powerful vent hood, a dishwasher, a new induction-ready cooktop set, and all your cooking needs. For larger parties inquire about booking both side by side 3 Bedroom Penthouse units. Each space can accommodate up to 10 guests. To top it all off, the entire condo has high density sound damping panels installed throughout. You will not hear any noise coming from adjacent units. NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE UNIT. ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES AND DETERGENT ARE PROVIDED FOR GUESTS TO USE DURING THEIR STAY.

Notes
New cleaning protocols have been implemented throughout the resort. Housekeeping is using hospital grade cleaning sprays. The common area bathrooms are cleaned every 15 minutes. Hand sanitizing stations are installed in each elevator and throughout the resort. All staff are required to wear masks.
House Rules
* No pets allowed * No smoking in the unit or on the balcony * Quiet Hours 10PM - 9AM daily * Guests under the age of 25 will be required to place a $1,000 security deposit * Any under age drinking, smoking, or loud parties/events held inside the room will be held liable and the security deposit will not be refunded. The resort has strict guidelines and will hold the host (that's me) accountable.

We stayed with another couple and their two children and had a wonderful time. The waterpark was great for the kids and the pools and hot tubs were perfect for my wife and I. My wife has mobility issues in the shower was absolutely perfect. I brought a shower chair and rain showerhead above gave her a wonderful experience. The kids loved opening and shutting the living room curtains with their voice by activating Alexa. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I loved Andrey’s place. It was just as described. The place has a great layout, so everyone had their own space. The beach is right out back, so no long walk to get to the water on the hot days. We only visited the pool once, it was very popular, so if you wanted a lounge chair you had to be down when they opened. We did lots throughout Myrtle Beach and everything was a 5 to 20 minute drive. I highly recommend staying here, and would definitely book with Andrey again.

This condo was fantastic and our stay here was a great experience. Our family felt very comfortable and at home with beautiful views of the oceanfront from the 15th floor. This was our 1st AirB&B rental, and it was certainly one for the books. This will be our preferred location whenever we visit Myrtle Beach again. If you're considering booking this property, don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was exactly as described and looked like the posted photos. It had a well appointed kitchen with plenty of cooking and cleaning supplies to take care of a large family and the resort itself was immaculate with friendly staff and lots to do. There is also a great pizza/ subs/ ice cream place right across the street open from noon to midnight that I highly recommend. Our host quickly responded to questions and was easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

Andrey’s place was just as described. Was very comfortable, recently renovated and spotless. The view was fantastic. The resort itself is not so modern but was very conveniently located and the staff was very friendly. The kids loved the mini waterpark.
