The main floor will offer ample space with a living room, dining room, kitchen and a master bedroom with a king size bed accompanied by a master en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The 2nd floor offer 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed, and a 3rd bedroom with a queen size bedroom and queen sleeper sofa and an additional secluded bonus room with a queen size bedroom. All bedrooms offer AC mini split units. The basement provides a newly built full bathroom, a 5th bedroom with 2 queen beds and a billiards table and ping pong table along with a media area for entertainment.

* NO PETS ALLOWED * Quiet Hours 10PM-9AM * No Smoking inside the home or garage * All toilets are connected to a Septic Tank. Do not deposit feminine hygiene products, wipes or waste paper. Please only flush toilet paper. * When using the propane Fireplace in the Living room, please shutoff after each use. * Please remove shoes/boots when entering the home. * No underage drinking or parties.

Great place! There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. We enjoyed the large kitchen table for games, the pool table and ping pong table in the basement, and of course the hot tub after a long day of skiing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. Whiteface Mountain is 12 minutes away, and downtown Lake Placid is about 25min. Highly recommend.

Our family had a great time and the house was suitable for our needs. Great time playing pool and ping pong. It was close to White Face MTN (15 mins or so) where we went skiing. Great times!

For our family reunion of nine, we stayed at Andrey’s Airbnb and could not have been happier. Not only was the home beautiful, but each room had a very comfortable bed rather than bunk beds that many other Airbnbs would offer for large groups. The pool table and ping-pong table was a welcomed bonus for evening fun. We were so pleased, we hope to re-visit next year 😊. Thank you, Andrey!!!

Great place, lots of space, cute backyard space to hang out. Some updates were made to the backyard that’s different from the photos but it’s much better in person ! Close to Lake Placid. Would recommend staying here

The house was perfect for our group. Lots of things for everyone to do (pool table, table tennis, videos games for kid), (hot tub, fire pit for the adults. There are so much things to do, 4 days was not enough time for us. The location is great and driving around to Ausable Chasm, lake placid, mirror lake, flume falls were all 30 mins or less. We will definitely be back again.
