The main floor will offer ample space with a living room, dining room, kitchen and a master bedroom with a king size bed accompanied by a master en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The 2nd floor offer 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed, and a 3rd bedroom with a queen size bedroom and queen sleeper sofa and an additional secluded bonus room with a queen size bedroom. All bedrooms offer AC mini split units. The basement provides a newly built full bathroom, a 5th bedroom with 2 queen beds and a billiards table and ping pong table along with a media area for entertainment.

* NO PETS ALLOWED * Quiet Hours 10PM-9AM * No Smoking inside the home or garage * All toilets are connected to a Septic Tank. Do not deposit feminine hygiene products, wipes or waste paper. Please only flush toilet paper. * When using the propane Fireplace in the Living room, please shutoff after each use. * Please remove shoes/boots when entering the home. * No underage drinking or parties.

Great house for a large group. The basement space with ping pong, pool table, double queen, and updated bathroom was especially nice. Fire pit area lovely, too. Good location for getting to Lake Placid and Algonquin Peak hike. Host very responsive and clear with instructions.

Lovely home with responsive, friendly hosts! House was very clean and decorated as shown in pics. We really appreciated the large amount of storage! Bedroom closets and dressers, large pantry and cabinets in kitchen...many spaces left empty for our use. Kitchen was extremely well organized. Labeled shelving made it really easy to find things and return to proper spaces. Light switches were labeled too, which was very helpful. We loved the hot tub, pool table, ping-pong table, fire circle, etc. Peacful location yet convenient to Lake Placid, Keene, and many ADK attractions. Great place to stay! We would stay again and would highly recommend.

It was a delight staying at Andrey’s place at Jay. The house was clean and hosts were always responsive. The location was ideal. Highly recommend this place. Andrey was a great Host! Just a thing to notice that during the summer, place gets a bit hot and there are no A/Cs, although there are fans in every room! Pro Tip: Download the offline maps before heading to Upstate NY as the area often lose network and there are no signals.

We had 10 people with us total ( 3 separate families) , including preteens and teenagers for a week long vacation. The place was the perfect space with tons of room to sleep , store , make food and eat . The teenagers loved the downstairs area that had their own shower / bathroom, and they played tons of pool, ping pong and Xbox when it rained or the adults were boring .😊. The hot tub was nice after hiking ! The area of Jay is great , close to Whiteface , Jay covered bridge for a swim , Wilmington Public beach for SUP , and of course Keene , Lake Placid for hiking and shops. There are some restaurants, snacks places close as well . We found the coffee pot cracked and Andrey was so responsive with several solutions . We had a blast and would definitely book again !

This home was exactly as promised! It worked really well for our group of 17, a mix of kids and adults. The basement was huge and the kids claimed it as their fun zone. Getting to Whiteface Mountain was a very easy 15 minute drive and getting into downtown Lake Placid was also simple. I would definitely recommend this home.

We had a great family ski weekend getaway at this house! Immaculate condition, plenty of space for 11 of us, including 4 little ones. It’s a short, convenient drive to whiteface mountain and lake placid. Hosts are super responsive and hospitable. Highly recommend!

Great location! 13 minutes from whiteface to skii/snowboard and 25-30 minutes from lake placid main town. The hot tub was a great touch. Very clean and super fun atmosphere with the pool table and ping pong table. We fit our group very comfortably. We would come again.

Amazing Family trip to the North Pole!!! - We (4 families) plan a yearly trip to take our kids to the North Pole. This year, instead of staying in the hotels in Lake Placid, we decided to stay in a private home. All of us absolutely loved Andrey and Igor's home. The place was beautiful, had more than enough space for our group, and the kids loved the game room (ping pong table, pool table, tv xbox) in the basement. We got 2 feet of snow right at the beginning of the trip, so the kids were able to sled down the back trail through the woods. We also started a fire in the pit in the backyard. The hot tub was great to sit in while it was snowing. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and we were only a 10 minute drive from Santa's workshop. I highly recommend staying at Andrey and Igor's home. 5 stars!
