The main floor will offer ample space with a living room, dining room, kitchen and a master bedroom with a king size bed accompanied by a master en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The 2nd floor offer 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed, and a 3rd bedroom with a queen size bedroom and queen sleeper sofa and an additional secluded bonus room with a queen size bedroom. All bedrooms offer AC mini split units. The basement provides a newly built full bathroom, a 5th bedroom with 2 queen beds and a billiards table and ping pong table along with a media area for entertainment.

* NO PETS ALLOWED * Quiet Hours 10PM-9AM * No Smoking inside the home or garage * All toilets are connected to a Septic Tank. Do not deposit feminine hygiene products, wipes or waste paper. Please only flush toilet paper. * When using the propane Fireplace in the Living room, please shutoff after each use. * Please remove shoes/boots when entering the home. * No underage drinking or parties.

We had a wonderful stay at Jay Brooks Lodge. The house was very clean and well decorated with excellent facilities for all age groups. All families really enjoyed the house including fun in the basement (pool, ping pong, Xbox), relaxation in the backyard (hot tub, fire pit, grill), and luxurious stay in the living spaces with well-appointed fixtures. The hosts provided very helpful and accurate information in the welcome guide. They were very responsive to our questions and immediately called back to tell us where to find fire pit supplies. I appreciate the house and the hosts’ efforts and recommend this exceptional place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation in the Adirondacks, whether adventurous or relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay with two other families in this spacious and beautifully appointed home. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook and bake. The grill, fire pit, deck, and hot tub were a great way to enjoy the quiet back yard, and we all enjoyed rounds of ping pong and pool in the lower level! Close to White Face, a little drive to Lake Placid—great location.

A beautiful home with plenty of space for our group. They seemed to have updated the backyard with an updated fire pit area and a large table on the patio than what is seen in the photos which was a plus because we got to eat outside, otherwise pictures are accurate. We all felt the floor could’ve been a little cleaner, but other than that we enjoyed our stay here thanks to the living room set up, downstairs game room, the comfortable furniture, and the hot tub! Only negative was there was an issue with the BBQ grill so we had to buy a small grill when we wanted to grill all the food we got. I reached out and hopefully they have it sorted for future guests. But good location too for the summer. Close to Lake Placid, High Falls Gorge, Ausable Chasm, and a couple swimming holes.

We had a great stay at Jay Brook Lodge. We were there for a summertime family reunion/celebration with several families of varying size and children ages 4-15. The house is as it appears in the photos, simply furnished but spacious and very comfortable, lots of room for everyone to spread out. The location is great, ~15-20 minutes from Lake Placid and to great hiking trails, fishing, skiing. We enjoyed all the amenities including the hot tub, pool and ping pong tables and fire pit. I highly recommend the following in Lake Placid: Big Slide Brewery great pizzas, sandwiches, and craft beers Soulshine Bagels The Coffee Bar

This property was perfect for our summer vacation. Plenty of comfortable beds. A well stocked kitchen. A beautiful recreation area in the basement. After a day of hiking or boating it was great to come back to the house where we all spent a nice evening around the fire pit or hanging out in the refinished basement playing table tennis or pool. The owners responded with in minutes to any questions we had while we were there.

This house is as beautiful as the mountains and trees around it. It’s perfect for a private get away while also being close enough to town where amazing people will help you with whatever you need. Is highly recommend this home for any trip up to Lake Placid and White Face.
